Update: I'm going in for a D&C this afternoon. I was in so much pain on Monday that I'm just afraid of that returning if I wait it out or if I just take the misoprostol. I've never done one - I did the medication with my first mc and the second one was so complete and so sudden that I didn't need to do anything else.

Also, my doctor is fabulous. He's recommending a full recurrent loss panel, further genetic testing for me and my husband, and an immune protocol and lovenox for my next transfer. I knew transferring to him was the right idea. He's more of an outside the box thinker in that he had me on HGH for the retrieval, which my former doctor never really worked with, and he's done immune protocol before.

I'm so glad your new doctor is willing to order everything to get to the bottom of it.  It sounds like you're in great hands.  The D&C is going to be so much easier than your experience Monday night.  All you have to do now is rest and put the work in your team's hands and there will be new answers and new treatment plans from the testing.  I'm so sorry you're going through this.  It's the absolute worst.
