Just to get this board a little more active, what are some of your dream projects?  Ones that you would love to do if you had the skill and time?

A pickle dish quilt. I bought the acrylic templates and everything. I actually just sold them at a quilt guild swap event ahead of our move. I love them, and I love pickles. Maybe when I’m retired.

I would love to make my whole wardrobe.

Fox Paws shawl has been on my to knit list forever. I started it but realized I don't love the yarn/pattern combo so I'm going to rip it out and do a different pattern with the yarn.

I would love to knit a blanket. The kind that would be passed down from generation to generation. I can't even finish a baby blanket, though. I hate knitting blankets.

aprilsails I hadn’t heard of that quilt before, that is a very admirable goal!

I’ve seen a lot of quilt patterns recently that I want to try, and I want to try English Paper Piecing, maybe this winter.

Teach my kids to sew.

mala, I'm with you. I used to make blankets, now I hate them. I ripped one out last summer, I knew I was never going to finish it.
I would love to learn to sew, but I'm not sure it's on my bucket list.

It's not available at the moment. The dyer is indie, with a very small shop, and has pneumonia. I'm hoping the excitement dies down later in the year and I can get the kit again. It really is a beautiful knit

I want to learn to knit brioche — I don’t think it looks difficult but I need to find the time to actually learn it. I adore these cardigans: www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/acorns-3 and www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/lady-sunnyside I will eventually make at least one of them!
