I'm doing a full immune protocol when I do FET2. Here's my meds - lovenox - 1 injection daily - LDN - 4.5 mg twice a day - prednisone - 10mg twice a day - prograf - plaquenil - cleocin - intralipids - Neupogen - vit e - vit d
I'm also on an antihystime protocol which is mucinex, clariton, benedryl and pepcid
The cost for my FET autommune meds was about $500. Neupogen was my most expensive at $350/vial. 1 vial is only a 10 day supply. The rest was covered partially by insurance. I do have to take baby asprin and metformin but that's mainly due to my severe pcos.

I recently saw a reproductive immunologist after recurrent loss. She had me start baby aspirin, vitamin e right away. Now after getting all the labs back, she added fish oil and metformin. On the cycle I try to conceive, she recommends prednisone and lovenox. She also recommends ivig during pregnancy with close lab and ultrasound monitoring to monitor blood flow to the uterus. Iβm happy to answer any questions about the consult etc. Iβm lucky she is only an hour from where I live, but I know a lot of people see her once and then everything else is done remotely. She is covered by my insurance.
Iβm also in a reproductive immunologist Facebook group. Happy to try add you- pm me if youβre interested!
megstoo , the neupogen is what looked crazy expensive to me, and my insurance doesn't cover it. I was seeing more like $3k per vial? Man, do I hate US health insurance! Do you know if they'll keep you on that throughout a pregnancy? I know they do for lovenox.
pinkpeony08 , I PMed you! I'd like to join. My doctor is an RE, but he's better at immunology than most REs at least.
I've been on metformin since October and I'm also doing the baby aspirin. I did just an initial round of prednisone with my last transfer but tapered right away. My doctor said lovenox for sure, and then there are at least two other medications (one that stimulates immune response and one that lowers immune response) that he'll suggest. I have to schedule an additional consultation after my blood work.
msmerymac, Neupogen was $300/vial for me, the only thing it's a 10 day supply. My RE plans to keep me on it so I'm half expecting to spend major dollars on it. It's a cancer drug which is why it's so expensive. A friend of mine has been on it for 12 weeks and just now got off of it. My insurance doesn't cover it but I got it from Integrity pharmacy.
