I've got my knitting mojo back. Finished this glove, next up will be it's match and then a coordinating hat and scarf. (picture of work in progress because I'm too lazy to get up to take a finished picture.)



And I finished this messenger bag for the big kid. Fabric is from spoonflower, she picked it out herself. The final assembly isn't as neat as I wanted it, can't get that many layers of fabric into my sewing machine. Lined with navy canvas, and it has a layer of fleece for padding between the shell and the lining. Has a zipper and open pockets inside, a water bottle pocket, and an open back pocket. We bedazzled one of the cats on the front, and I stuck a hidden skull hot-fix embellishment on it too

I crocheted about half of a baby blanket waiting for Dorian to do anything (besides destroy the Bahamas). The pattern has crochet BLO ribbing, but, I'm using a heavier yarn and it was too holey- so I went with a knit 3x3. It's 30" wide and should end up 40" long. Yarn & Chai's Boardwalk Baby Blanket- it's really just row after row of SC, so perfectly mindless. The multi-color yarn section repeats 3x, the other sections are navy, seafoam, and gray. I'll try to remember to take a pic before I send it off!

Finished and framed this for my neighbor. It was supposed to be for Christmas, but it was too perfect for him so I gave it to him for his birthday.

I’m going to squeak in here at the end of Sept. I finished my tablerunner. The center panels are from Jacquie Gering’s fiesta wall quilt pattern. 
I learned a lot:
starch and more starch with small pieces
seams open with small pieces
trim batting closer to project so lint doesn’t get everywhere
lint roll link off both sides before quilting over said lint
lint doesn’t come off in the wash
i don’t like the way binding turns out when the final stitch is on the back, found another method I’ll try next time.

I haven't posted in a couple years only because we moved and I misplaced my Signature Knitting needles. I looked every freaking place I could and I figured that they were just gone. I found them!! The day before we left on vacation in an obscure place that I looked once before! So I just maybe get my mojo back!!
