DS (16 months) is obsessed with the show Mighty Little Bheem on Netflix, OBSESSED.
Loves playdoh, the sandpit, cars, ride on cars, any time spent outdoor and any type of craft that is messy.
Not sure what we are getting him for Christmas.
OMG, WTF is with that show? DD talked about an episode for days after watching it and keeps asking me to put it on! Properly getting crazed about it.
It's a cartoon about a toddler in India who is super strong. I think its the baby version of Chhota Bheem, which I think is a popular TV show in India. There are Chhota Bheem episodes and movies on Netflix although DS isnt drawn to them at all like he is Mighty Bheem. That show just mesmorizes him even though no one even speaks which is fine by me since my kid is brown too so I am glad he gets to watch something that has a kid who looks like him (they actually do look a bit similar LOL).
At almost 2, C loves cars, airplanes, helping with chores, cooking utensils, stuffed animals, and generally being outside. He is getting a stride bike for his birthday, unsure of his big Christmas gift. Maybe a play structure of sorts.
D is 3m and is into his little brother and waking every two hours.
Dd1, almost 10- Harry Potter LEGO, fantasy books, games on her iPod touch, slime (interest comes and goes), clothes from justice, scrunchies and jewelry from Claire’s. I’ve seen tons of kids with hydroflask water bottles at her school so I’m guessing that will end up on her wish list. She hasn’t asked yet.
Dd2, 6- loves Disney descendants, Harry Potter, Star Wars, stuffed animals, purses, craft kits- especially if they are the headband or jewelry ones, making slime. She wants a desk for her room and a new dance bag.
Both girls ask for AG doll stuff but barely play with it. They do still play Barbies. Oh, and bath bombs are always a huge hit.
Same here. DD even asks to look at the AG catalog with me at bedtime instead of reading a traditional story for bed. And picks out tons of things she wants. But then she doesn't play with the AG she has.
6 year old DD: board games (Disney Color Brain; Mermaid Island; Hoot Owl Hoot; Clue Jr., Hiss) Her bday is coming up and she'll get an instax and Julie's Egg Chair -- both things I bought either second hand (chair) or Amazon Warehouse (camera) and have had stashed for months and months.
9 year old DS: Zelda on the Switch; Wimpy Kid books; magnetic dart board -- which is actually dinging up his wooden closet door
With one birthday + hannukah + christmas, I will be hard pressed for ideas and we'll keep both holidays pretty light gifts wise.

That's exactly what it does to DD. Nothing has ever captured her so hard, not even my phone (and that is saying something!).
8 year old boy - Pokémon (still!), science books, board games, swimming, Garfield comic books, he hasn’t touched his Nintendo switch in months... 4 year old boy - legos, trucks, super heros 3 month old girl - just interacting with faces
What kind of science books does your 8yo like? I think my 7yo would love science books.

Currently he’s reading Under Earth - Aleksandra Mizielinksa Periodic Table - scholastic 100 most indestructible things on the planet - scholastic Lots of scholastic and National Geographic books. He likes a lot of fierce animals (snakes, bears etc) and weather books. His school has scholastic book fairs once a year and they have a lot of great science books.
