Do your clothes get wrinkly when you use these? I scoffed at them a year or two ago in a post I made asking about them, but you guys may be changing my mind.
We typically bring clothing that doesn’t wrinkle too much, but I also find they keep the clothing less wrinkled than when we pack without them.
I have a set from ebags. I use it for my clothes and DD’s. MH just packs his own stuff.
When I was young my mom used to pack one bag per day, containing one outfit per family member. At the end of the day she’d repack the bag with the dirty laundry and put it in the car. (I didn’t like it because I wanted to pack my own bag lol.)
Also, pop up hampers are a game changer when traveling with the family.
This is genius!
Words don't adequately describe how much anxiety this has saved me when traveling. Previously everyone just created piles all over everywhere and it drove me crazy.

Yes! I completely understand this anxiety. I am for sure bringing DS2's hamper with us on our next trip. He has a pop up one.

I just tried cubes for the first time a month ago. I found that they saved me a bunch of space when packing to leave, which was great - but then they just caused a hassle during the trip and when packing to leave. I didn't want to put dirty tops back in the cube with clean ones, for example. So I had half-empty cubes AND dirty clothes laying around, and then the cube material just took up precious space when repacking at the end. What am I doing wrong?

I have a set in one color for me, a set in a different color for my husband, and a set in a third color for all kids to share. I love them. I’m going to get each kid their own color for next year’s trips. We go away for a week each year to lake George plus other smaller trips and maybe another week elsewhere each year, and with the cubes, I just unzip them, fold the cover under the cube and pop them in the drawers. Easy peasy and keeping 5 people organized on vacation is a breeze.

Yes these too!! So much easier than trying to figure out what is clean and what is dirty 🤣

I don't care how things are organized coming home so I just combine the clean clothes in one cube and put dirty clothes in the now empty cube. I toss dirty clothes back in the suitcase cubeless until it's time to pack to go home.

I bought a set of cubes that came with a small laundry bag. So, that’s a little genius. I never thought to bring a laundry bag before it came with the cubes. Cubes that are under used get folded or tucked to keep their shape.

You could always bring an empty cube with you for dirty clothes? My cubes pack into a tiny square, so it doesn't take up much room. I always turn the clothing that is dirty inside out so I don't mind mixing clean and dirty. I also know immediately what goes in the laundry as soon as I get home, and what can be put away.

We typically just wash everything when we get home, since it’s been packed away and in a suitcase in a hotel or Airbnb for a week or more. If it’s a quick trip I typically take the hotel’s plastic laundry bag and use that to hold any dirty clothes for storage and just stick that back into the suitcase.
