I was certain that I wouldn't take Sephora's "buy $50 of stuff now, get 20% off coupon later" deal, and then I saw the #9 Natasha Denona palette and there was no turning back.

Last time eBates did the refunds, they didn't give me the free gift card offer, so I had $84 in my paypal. It was large because I use eBates when I'm booking work travel on hotels.com, and all those nights I had to spend in NYC for work in August paid off, LOL.

I decided to use it to take advantage of the 25% off at Pat McGrath's website to get that Astral Blitz quad that NewOrleans put in my head last month, and a lipstick. Came out to $83, so perfect.

yeah...I completely splurged and got the Astral Blitz Iconic Illumination palette. Such a follower...I couldn't stop looking at the cranberry. ESF and NewOrleans haven't steered me wrong yet.

I have several bronze eyeshadows. I think if I had to choose one, I’d say Snakebite in UD Naked II. Hmm... or maybe UD Smog which is in a couple of different palettes. I think it’s a single too.

Yeah, that's an annoying switch.

I've got to spend $86 to stay rouge and I'm wondering if the coupon counts or if I have to spend $86+25. I'm guessing the latter.

Now that I live in a much different climate, plus am in a high rise that cranks the heat, I've been in a constant state of fixing my entire skin care regime. I had a small thing of B-hydra, and that seems to be the missing piece to making it all work, so I guess I need that. Now to figure out what else I need.

I used to love Sephora and I just hate it now. I still think I get better in-store experience there but everything about the company sucks.  They do not value my business at all and give me so little. The rewards mostly suck and are always sold out.

My Dermstore order was delayed bc a couple things are on back order. It’s nothing urgent, but it’s really annoying! One of them was cerave, and we don’t need dry skin up in here!

Any blush recommendations? I used urban decay for YEARS and you can hardly find it and not the color I used.

I tried tarte again, but the blush itself is hard as a rock. I don't know if Ulta just sent me a bad one? I can barely get it out of the pan with my finger, let alone a brush.

I prefer something from ulta. I'm not loyal to one brand.

In case you didn't know, Bite has a bunch of lip colors still available at the $6 price tag on their website (seems to be mostly sold out at Sephora). Plus, with a purchase, you get two free minis -- no minimum purchase!

I just got quite a haul for $30.

Not Ulta (I get it, I prefer them, too!), but I reach for my blushes from The Balm most often. They're pigmented and blend beautifully.

ESF I received my email today same as yours.

Now if Pat McGrath really wanted to turn this around and made their customer have an awesome experience, they would have said:

“we know you are anxiously awaiting your new goodies. Because of this delay, we are upgrading your shipping so you’ll receive them that much faster! It’s our way of saying thanks for hanging in there with us and for your patience.”

Now? I’m just annoyed that they didn’t plan better for the upswing in orders and frustrated with the nonsense. Not a good customer experience! ::takes off marketing hat::

Yeah I got another email from them today that reiterated that. I agree they are handling this terribly.  This is a really long time to wait, especially around this time of year when people may need this stuff for gifts and parties!  They should give people something to make up for it! Upgraded shipping, another coupon with a long redemption period, say you are throwing in free samples, something!!!!
