Anybody willing to admit to secret shame of having tried a MLM - Maskcara? I'm intrigued by the concept. Got invited to a virtual party and am currently ignoring but...
I haven’t tried her line but I’ve been tempted. A Maskara tutorial is literally what helped get me to start using makeup. I was so disappointed when she went to a MLM model. I’m really into cream products now to but ugh I don’t want to support that.

Right? I hate when MLMs have legit good products. I have a slight addiction to a certain Posh product, but my friend who sells it is entirely in it for the free product and they don't have sales minimums so I don't feel bad buying from her. But...yeah.
I got an offer today from Ulta for 500 points with a $100 purchase. Glad I held out on getting refills of my hair stuff because that basically works out to 5X points.
I got some of the Ilia True Skin Serum Foundation...and I am torn. I am combo, mostly oily in my nose/chin area. I get these weird dry patches other places. So, its frigid here. I wanted a melty foundation...something that was not so heavy, that wouldn't cling. This is serum like. It is thin, and seems oily. I knew it would be less drying, but I seem to be more oily now. I will say that you can't use a gel moisturizer with it, it beads up when you try to put on the foundation. It's weird. I used my face oil, and then put on the serum foundation...and it was too oily. Ugh. LOL... I'm at a loss for winter.

My second attempt using a wing stamp resulted in me washing my face and starting over. So technically I’m on my third attempt. They’re better but dang maybe I’m just not meant to do wings. LOL.
My new office is a lunch break walk away from a Sephora, so that pretty much confirms I’ll make Rouge this year. Every time I get pissed off, I be buying a lipstick in the color of the blood of the man who wronged me.

I can nearly see Ulta from my desk. So far I've restrained myself. Joys of a woman owned company?

Here's hoping Bite expands their color range!
I need them to introduce another lip color formulation. The new one has pomegranate oil in it. I’m afraid to try it since pomegranates give me mouth hives when I eat them. Sob.
But the Pat McGrath lipstick I bought on cyber Monday is ridiculously good, so I’m gonna need more of those someday.

Me too. I can see Ulta from our parking lot and go by it every day on my way to and from work. I hate going in though, so it's not too much of a temptation for me. The only time I ever go in is during their 21 days of beauty if there's something I really want that sells out online.
