I’m looking for a new foundation. I have dry/ever so slightly combo skin. I’ve watched a few video reviews from influencers with my skin type and have narrowed it down to the following:
wet n wild cushion makeup revolution conceal and hydrate makeup forever HDstick
I didn't like the MUFE HD stick, but that could've been because I didn't find a good shade match.
I'm drier than you, I wish I could give you recommendations. I've been on my own foundation journey and think I've finally found a couple I really like. I wish you luck!

It's not on your list but I can't say enough good things about Estee Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue Moisturizing Foundation SPF 45 www.sephora.com/product/estee-lauder-futurist-hydrating-rescue-moisturizing-foundation-spf-45-P454063 medium coverage, natural/radiant finish, moisturizing, plenty of SPF, and I think I finally have found THE absolute best shade match I have ever had in 1N2 Ecru. Oh, and it looks great on my skin and my skin isn't great. I used to have very oily skin and almost literally the day I turned 40, something in my body switched and now my skin is parched... I'd say mine ranks as dry-combo/dehydrated now. This is the first foundation I've found since then that doesn't make my skin look like a crepe-y Saharan mess.

The WnW cushion has very light coverage. If you're looking for a compact foundation with better coverage, I like the Estee Lauder Double Wear To-Go compact.
I will always recommend It Cosmetics CC Cream for every skin type since they have 3 different finishes now. The original is my ride or die.

Quarantine has made me come back and want to revisit all things makeup for the distraction of it all, even if I haven’t been wearing any:) I have to say, this exactly! I can’t believe how dry my skin got post-40

I've been wanting to try this. I'm 50, and while my skin isn't dry (I would say normal), it definitely benefits from a more moisturizing foundation. I've seen influencers with more mature skin rave about it.
I'm just afraid I'll get the wrong shade. I don't find the Sephora shade finder to be all that accurate. I use fair/light in the IT CC cream and when I use that as my base product for the shade finder it almost always directs me to a shade for light to medium skintones. I'm definitely more fair than light to medium.
Has anyone tried anything from Wander Beauty? I hate the look of the packaging (looks so dated) but it is now at Sephora. The powder foundation looks so easy which is tempting during this quarantine. I’d love a one step product to use as a quick pick-me-up during this time.

have you tried the foundation matrix on Temptalia's website? I think you can also call or chat with someone at Estee Lauder and they might be able to help
racegrrl714, I didn't realize Temptalia had a foundation matrix. I'll have to check it out. Thanks!
kittycatlove, Angie is usually who sells me on trying a foundation. I use the Stila foundation that she recommended and I really like it, but I'm always up for trying a new one.
