He must say no, because you see Gigi running away. Or they just cut the trailer for everyone to think that and it’s actually not a woman crying running away she’s just running to catch her mom who forgot her ring (or something).
I just can’t imagine what else she’d be doing. She’s running and almost falls down an embankment. I mean Gigi is DRAMATIC but is there anything else that would cause her to do that, no matter whether she’s saying that at the same time or not? I’ve clearly been thinking about this a lot. 🤣
I’m pretty sure they do get married despite his parents not being there (front row on his side is empty). She did that running bit before when she turned at their first meeting and then ran towards him so I’m betting that slip and fall wasn’t intentional but rather more G theatrics towards something positive/happy. The voice over saying “I can’t do this” (as the bride is falling) I’m pretty sure is Jessica but the little gasp right after is G.
But during their vows, Damien said lots of cheesy stuff about being in love with her.
Yeah it doesn’t make sense that he’d now say no so I can’t figure it out.
Also this is SO FUCKED. They have to get dressed, walk down the aisle, say sappy vows, and THEN announce if they’re going through with it? Christ!
I'm 85% certain the "marriages" aren't even legal. Not a one of them has gotten a marriage license and I just checked Georgia's laws since it was filmed there and it appears to be required. I get that they could just not film it, but, come on. Smells like bullshit to me.
Y’all are going to be subjected to my predictions because my sister and eldest daughter won’t speak to me about this show anymore.
***kinda spoilers***
Amber and Barnett. 100% together and married. IG posts show them travelling to the same events and same places together in 2019. Also-I’m not a huge Amber fan but I believe she got a bad edit. If you notice early in the pods she was wearing a leg cast. She wasn’t able to work due to some work place injury issue legal battle and pay her bills. I know a lot of people gave B the Bro Frat side eye (I did!) but he literally had 10 days to choose someone he wanted to marry and outside the pods he seems surprisingly stable.
Lauren and Cameron. 100% together although I am doubting they got married that day. I’m hoping Cameron said to her he wanted to be with her and would be okay with waiting until she was ready. Lauren is my fav my far and is gorgeous and lovely. IG has shown Lauren at Cams house that was shown on the show and in a reflection on his sunnies on holidays.
Kelly and Kenny. 0%. I’ve put less vanilla in my cakes. I hope they end up happy.
Damian and G: 100% married and enjoying pissing the duck out of each other.
Mark and Jessica: 0%. In about 4 more seasons they need to pull a LIB all stars and bring back Mark and Diamond. I think Jessica got a bad edit as well but I’m still not a fan.

How in the world has this been kept quiet? Did everyone who comes in contact with them sign NDAs(friends, family, work? No one wants to talk to the tabloids?
Umm I’m on episode 5. What is up with Jessica? Why is she harping on the age difference and when Mark says it’s not a big deal she doesn’t believe it? He seems pretty genuine to me.
Umm Why did she just give the dog wine? That was weird.
Because she has an issue with it, but does not want to admit it. She would rather blame him.
And I still think she has been on something like this before. lol She looks so darn familiar to me.
I think it's not only that she has a huge issue with it, but I think she's really not attracted to him and looking for an excuse to break up with him, and the age difference is the easiest thing. You could see how disappointed she was when she told her friends the age difference and they were just like "that's awesome, get it girl!". I think she wants people to react poorly so she can have a reason to break up with him.
Did anyone else find it weird how it's completely glossed over that Jessica and Mark are finally intimate? I mean, half the show has been about how Jessica isn't attracted to him and then they do the deed and it gets a cumulative 60 seconds of discussion/air time? Bizarre.

Yes! When she told her girlfriends, I thought she was lying just to get out of the situation.

That's what I thought too! And then I was shocked when Mark confirmed it at the bachelor party.

ALso, she really cared for Barnett and that never changed. She went from being all, "What we have is different from anything else he has with anyone else here. blah, blah, blah" and then within a day was all about Mark. IT just never seemed genuine, more like panic to pick someone. I think Mark is more mature than her.
Also, she can try to say with her Barnett would be sophisticated and all that but maybe he wouldn't. Maybe this is who he really is.
I really like Lauren and Cameron and Kenny and Kelly.

I don't get Kelly. It went from all- "we are so physically perfect for each other and i love kissing him", to "I'm worried I won't orgasm so I'm afraid to even try" to "I am not attracted to him at all" Maybe if you had had sex with him he wouldn't feel like 'just a friend'?

That surprised me too! It seemed to come out of nowhere. And if she’s so worried about it, you’d think she’d want to test the waters before the wedding.

I thought the whole conversation between Jess and Barnett SUPER weird. You know, the one where Barnett assumes Jess still has feelings for him, and she’s like “What?!? No!!!” Then Barnett didn’t believe her (because, well, she still has feelings for him).

Maybe she met someone else. I have not caught up yet, but from what I have seen that does seem to be a 180 from where she was at before.

Her instagram has her starting 2019 in bed with an old fling, then dating her best friend, then the relationship ending. She ended The year by healing the wounds of past relationships.

Make of that what you will 🤷🏼♀️
So much for not wanting to repeat mistakes. I feel like that is usually the reason so many give for going on these show. lol
Watching the episode with Barnett's party and I am so embarrassed for Jessica. She is a terrible person.
It gets worse when she chats with him by the fire pit. It is embarrassing to watch as she fawns and fakes her way through the conversation. There is nothing wrong with having feelings for Barnett. Just don’t drag Mark through all of this.
Damian looks like he’s about to vomit at the wedding. Giannina is a smiles and he’s…not.
I agree with the comment that the set-up of the weddings is weird and cruel. I wonder if any if the couples goes through with the wedding because of the pressure to say yes.

I wonder how much of Damian’s facial expressions is just creative editing. I guess we’ll find out when the next episode drops.
Now that I’ve seen the episode, I’m team “how can this be a legal wedding?” I wonder if Damian’s family refuses to attend because it was “fake.”
