In addition to the things already mentioned, I often cook a bone-in, skin-on chicken thigh. I season it and throw it in for 18 minutes, flipping once. Perfect crispy skin and juicy chicken. I slice and put on salads or just eat with a side of veggies for a quick meal.

Yes, I have a large basket-type and I love it. Between that and the Instant Pot, I'd choose the AF every day. I use it most for frozen foods (fries, tots, garlic toast, stuffed chicken breasts) and reheating leftovers. It does magical things to cold pizza. It's also awesome for roasting veggies.
Much like the Instant Pot, it's not for everything. Like I still want my grilled cheese from a griddle. I just love not having to preheat my oven in the summer when it's already hot as balls.
