Selling a home ? (Update with offer and now contract)

Since you guys helped I figured I would update you!
After the $618k offer we decided to list at $639k on Tuesday morning.
The people who submitted $618k immediately put in another offer for $618k. We got a full-price offer Tuesday evening. $618k offer was told we had another offer that was significantly higher. They still wanted a same day answer and threatened to walk over it. We were also told another offer was coming in Tuesday evening.
We held offers until noon today. $618k and $639k kept their dollar amounts the same but made a few other changes. The highest offer ended up being $649k but it was contingent so we went we went with a non-contingent $639k. We may have left some money on the table but we also got a lot of feedback that we were vastly overpriced too.
