2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week?
I feel like the first tri signs are starting to let up a bit, but can definitely tell in the evenings that the bump is coming! Unbuttoning the jeans buttons at night now lol.
3. Questions for the group?
I'm an only child and this will be baby number two for us. I've always wanted multiple children, but the idea of more than one is just a foreign concept since I didn't grow up that way. Any advice on sibling life? Things you saw that was helpful if you had siblings - whether it was with your parents or for helping encourage good relationships with a sibling?
4. What is your plan for sleep arrangements once baby is here?
We're likely going to move DD1 into a "big girl" room - she will be 4 this summer, then move the baby into the nursery.
5. Extra question - how are you all coping with everything going on? Vent away.
So far hanging in. Glad to be moving out of the first tri because I was so nervous of what happens if I spike a high fever and it was still early, not that it still wouldn't be scary now, but had been really worried about that. Also glad to be able to share with more people that I am pregnant, so work is a little more understanding of why I really would like to be teleworking right now.

1. How far along are you? 27 Weeks
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week? Things just feel tight and uncomfortable. I am very grateful for elastic waistbands.
3. Questions for the group? Not at the moment.
4. What is your plan for sleep arrangements once baby is here? Bassinet in our room for as long as I can stand it. I am a terribly light sleeper and will likely move him to his own room sooner rather than later.
5. Extra question - how are you all coping with everything going on? Vent away. OK, for the most part. I do get really upset if I think about it too hard. It is incredibly petty but I am upset about being unable to have a shower. I am hopeful I can still do maternity photos, but we will see. Since this is our first and likely only child, I am feeling robbed of those experiences. I am trying to put the scarier thoughts out of my mind, such as hospital bed space, available medical care, visitors, etc. Again, I know this is all petty when neither I nor my spouse work in healthcare or are essential to where we can't work at home.

1. How far along are you? 11+1
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week? I had an ultrasound today and it’s incredible how big he is even compared to last time a week and a half ago. He was moving and bouncing everywhere and measuring right on track.
3. Questions for the group? None this week.
4. What is your plan for sleep arrangements once baby is here? We haven’t thought a ton about it yet. I assume we will do a basinette in our room when he is tiny. My preference would be to move him to his own room sooner rather than later (it’s right next door to our room) but we will see how we feel if we get to that point.
5. Extra question - how are you all coping with everything going on? Vent away. What a weird time to be pregnant. I feel so lucky that none of my prenatal appointments have been cancelled so far, but flying blind on daycare visits, not having in-person childbirth and infant care classes, and worrying about what the future brings in terms of the virus.... it’s a lot.

1. 24w, 2d
2. I had my first TeleHealth appointment today. It was pretty easy, and I was able to get a "goodie bag" from the OB last week with a blood pressure cuff and doppler. Everything is measuring well, and today was a day that I felt a lot of little flutters from the baby (mostly around lunchtime) - so it's nice to know he's in there and probably doing well. My next appointment is in four weeks and I will be going into the clinic for my 1-hr glucose screening test and TDAP vaccine. The clinic no longer offers urgent care or COVID-19 testing, so the OB section should be relatively safe. But it's going to be the longest amount time I've been out of my home since March 5th, so I'm sure I'll be nervous while I'm there regardless.
The SwaddleMe-By-Your-Side-Sleeper should be able to fit between H and I in bed. I think we'll only have him there for the first four months or so, then move him to his crib (his bedroom is right next door to ours).
5. I'm doing okay this week, but I'm still "mourning" the new baby milestones we won't be able to celebrate with others. Before COVID-19, I wasn't thinking about doing maternity photos, but I'm considering it now - with social distancing in mind, maybe in early June? But I might chicken out, and just isolate myself and H with a strict house arrest for the last four weeks of the pregnancy. I'm scared of either of us being sick and not being able to touch our baby after he's born. That's probably my greatest fear right now.

1. How far along are you?

2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week?
First world problem- the weather here is finally getting nice. My in-laws are opening up their pool, but we can't go over 😭
3. Questions for the group?
None this week
4. What is your plan for sleep arrangements once baby is here?
Bassinet in our room for the first few months before moving them into the nursery
5. Extra question - how are you all coping with everything going on? Vent away.
I'm just okay. Resigned to the fact that we're going to just have to skip a lot of the fun pregnancy things like maternity photos and a baby shower. Even if things ease up by July, frankly I'd feel guilty having a baby shower, asking people to get us stuff when so many people we know are struggling with coronavirus-related money/job insecurity issues. Especially considering E and I have essential personnel jobs.
I'm just a little jealous that another couple in our close friend group are expecting their baby in the next few weeks, and got to do all of this before the pandemic stuff started.

1. How far along are you? 20w1d
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week? A/s next Monday 3. Questions for the group?
4. What is your plan for sleep arrangements once baby is here? She’ll sleep in a PnP in our room for a bit. We have a main floor master and I hate doing steps in the middle of the night. 5. Extra question - how are you all coping with everything going on? Vent away. Eh I’m hanging in there. Work and dd are keeping me super busy at home. I’m having a hard time about really wrapping my head around pretty much being home bound until November. I’m due in August and we will continue to hunker down until I go back to work.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week? Dd (3) felt baby brother tonight and she thought it was so cool. <3
3. Questions for the group? None right now
4. What is your plan for sleep arrangements once baby is here? Dd stayed in a bassinet in our room until 6 mo. I guess we’ll go into it with the same intentions and see how it goes. I’m not opposed to this one moving to the nursery sooner. I’m not looking forward to sharing our bedroom space again.
5. Extra question - how are you all coping with everything going on? Vent away. I’m ok. Sad that these are how we are spending our last few months just the 3 of us, but I know it’s small compared to what others are going through.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week? I am carrying this baby SO low already. I feel like I look I'm about to go into labor at any second, which is a little unsettling as my son was a month early. Also, she's basically constantly on my bladder.
3. Questions for the group? Not this week.
4. What is your plan for sleep arrangements once baby is here? Ugh, well my son slept in our room in the Auto Rock n Play until 3 months, which is obviously no longer an option. We have a Chicco Lullago so we'll probably use that in our room.
5. Extra question - how are you all coping with everything going on? Vent away. Not great. Working from home full time while also parenting a 3 year old who is completely thrown off schedule is basically impossible. I'm barely keeping it together.
2. Third Trimester! I had my gestational diabetes test this morning, hopefully that was all fine. I thought my OB would stretch out my appointments back to monthly but he said he wants to see my every 2 weeks. Have an ultrasound booked for a month away too.
3. Nope
4. We had DS in a halo bassinet in our room for the first 4 months until we sleep trained him into his crib, but honestly he ended up co-sleeping in our bed for a good chunk of that. Hoping this baby likes the bassinet more.
5. Doing okay. Trying to appreciate how fortunate we are.
2. I’m still feeling remarkably good physically. My sleep, however, has not been great recently as I need to get up every few hours to pee.
3. None this week
4. We will have baby in our room in a bassinet in our room for at least 4 months and then we might switch to the pack n play in our room. The nursery currently has a full size bed in it, so eventually we will have to put the crib back together and move that back into the nursery. Our nursery is a small room, so unfortunately there isn’t room for a bed and crib. My husband wanted to keep the full bed in there and use a pack n play for baby, but I think that will make the room too cramped.
5. I am feeling anxious about everything as both H and I are both in healthcare. H has a backup plan to stay in a hotel by the hospital if he gets sick, but I’m not excited about not having him around to wrangle the other two kids. We are already sleeping in separate rooms and not touching/hugging/kissing each other. I miss having him next to me at night. I alternate between thinking our area is doing a good job social distancing and worrying about the surge of patients that is predicted in the next few weeks.

Awww thank you! Yes, we have known the sex since 5 weeks because that is when the clinic shared the results of the genetic testing we did on this embryo with us. Originally we thought we would keep it just between me and my wife but we are both so excited we keep accidentally referring to him with gendered pronouns so the cat is kinda out of the bag. 😂

Awww a baby boy! How wonderful! I didn't care either way with mine, but I still wanted to know ASAP.

1. How far along are you? 19+5
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week? Halfway on Friday and an increasing number of baby kicks.
3. Questions for the group?
4. What is your plan for sleep arrangements once baby is here? Baby will be in our room in a bassinet at first and/or hanging out in the rec room with one of us while the other sleeps in the master. Our house is small and the nursery is right next to our room, so if baby is super noisy they might be moving there sooner than later.
5. Extra question - how are you all coping with everything going on? Vent away. I feel like a broken record, but my anxiety hasn't been great. I've been trying to focus on other things and avoid too much news for the sake of my mental health. I bought a game for my husband's Switch that is distracting and is now helping a bit.

20 weeks
Anatomy Scan was yesterday, 13 ounces
Last time she was in crib first night, this time around we will do some sort of bassinet in our room. Baby will be sharing room with 5 year old probably until we move, whenever we move
I'm doing alright so far with it all. Working from home. My daughters birthday is next week and not being able to do much really stinks. Also the person doing my anatomy scan yesterday was telling me she was "pretty sure" she had the corona virus last week. So that makes me nervous but we were both masked
