Not an obituary, but I read this the other day. 45 year old man in NJ died. Sadly, at the time of his death, his wife and two young sons were also hospitalized with COVID.

That article brought me to tears. Also, I never thought about the families not be able to say goodbye in person. How awful for his family. He seemed like a great person.
Adam Schlesinger, co-founder of the New Jersey power-pop group Fountains of Wayne and Emmy- and Grammy-winning songwriter for film, television, and theater, died Wednesday from complications related to COVID-19. He was 52. His lawyer, Josh Grier, confirmed Schlesinger’s death. Schlesinger was hospitalized in March and tested positive for the coronavirus. At the time, he was placed on a ventilator, which left him heavily sedated.
ETA: Conan O’Brien posted a tribute video of Fountains of Wayne performing on his NBC show shortly after 9/11. They played “Better Things” by the Kinks.
"Jason Hargrove was driving a bus in Detroit when he said a passenger began to cough. The woman let loose 4 or 5 times without covering her mouth. Now, nearly 2 weeks after he recorded a video expressing concern about the incident, he has died of COVID-19."

Adam Schlesinger is the first time a celebrity death has impacted me in a deep way. I have a song he co-wrote tattooed on my bicep. His work on Crazy Ex Girlfriend meant so much to me and I’ll be forever grateful for him.
