Youtube! Fitness Blender has a ton of different workouts and levels. Blogilates has a calendar that she publishes each month on her site but the videos on youtube are free and you can mix/match. I like her videos because you rarely need equipment. Yoga with Adrienne has a beginner series.

All of the Down Dog apps (Yoga, Barre, HIIT, 7 Minute Workout, etc) are free through May 1 (or July 1 if you're in education or healthcare). I've been doing the yoga one and I really like it - it's super customizable so you can do whatever kind of yoga flow that you want. You can adjust the length, area to focus on, etc. It's really great!
I also heard the Peloton app has a ton of free workouts even if you don't have the bike - so something else to check out :-)
YouTube, Bikini Body Mommy free video workouts. I'm on day 4 of version 1.0 and I feel like my butt is being kicked. They are 90 day workouts and she has different versions.
Peloton has 90 days free of the app. Lots of stuff on there that isn’t bike related.
Ditto, a friend talked me into trying it while it's free and I love it. I do treadmill, strength, yoga, and boot camp workouts on there, there are also cardio and outdoor run/walk workouts that I haven't tried yet. I don't have a spin bike so I never even look at that section.
I've been finding random Tabata/HIIT routines on Pinterest and then doing them to some Tabata songs on Spotify that have the timing incorporated in them. Good, quick workout that you can make as long and as easy or hard as you want!
And if you aren’t a member of Girls Gone Strong yet, I highly recommend! They are an amazing group of female fitness experts. Last week they published a free pdf of 60 at-home workouts. They post new content on FB and IG daily. Truly, they are leaders in the industry in terms of expertise, philosophy, inclusion, and content-availability.
