Can anyone sum up in a nutshell what is going on with Sister Wives? I keep seeing news stories about people leaving the family and Robyn saying she wishes sh’d never married Kody. Is the family imploding?
They moved to Flagstaff. Christine bought, everyone else rents. Meri has already moved once for “evil neighbors” and is about to move again because the house is being sold. Robyn’s house was also sold and she’s claiming that God will send her a five bedroom rental. Kody is at a ten with her and this “rental from God” crap so they put an offer on a nearly $1 million house. Robyn cries. She’s ruining the family and they will never build on the property, etc. Kody is irritated with everyone and everything because of the move.
Spoiler alert: All the housing stuff will magically be settled by the end of the season, but drama between Kody and Robyn will fuel next season.
I actually watched 90 Day Fiancé in real time. Let’s talk about that craziness.
Darcey is a desperate crazy pants, but Tom is an asshole.
Usman standing his ground was nice to see.
The whole blow up between Steph and Erica came out of left field. Also, it would be really confusing if you put yourself on SM as a sexual being but are completely not interested in anything sexual.
Big Ed sweats a lot, like a lot. Rosemarie shaving her legs for a beard was an interesting trade off. Also how did Big Ed not do any research about her home before coming? She’s pretty impressive to come from such a tiny, off the grid place and able to teach herself such amazing English.

I FF through the Darcy scenes - she needs to not be on TV anymore.
I thought Big Ed's reaction to her hometown was probably the only real thing on the show. He seems like a nice guy - I hope Rose isn't using him.
Geoffrey - just tell her you were in jail already so the girl can move on with her life!
Usman - I was glad he stood up for himself but I have a feeling she isn't going to change at all.
The guy who went to the Ukraine now has a stalker vibe to me - how do you go to someone's town and not know where they live exactly to find them?
The lady in Vegas who is dating Williams (why is his name plural?) - she is being catfished so bad and she can't see it. When she got the email threatening to release her naked pics unless she paid them the first thing she did was think Williams got hacked - not that he was part of it. He is totally part of it.
Per a gossip website article Brandon was actually matched with someone else but that woman pulled out and then Taylor was picked.
Brandon reminds me of my exH. Totally nice guy, would probably pass all screenings, but when put in stressful situations becomes a totally abusive asshole.
Not saying that Brandon’s behavior is excused at all but you know the producers do probably push things to get more drama.
And yes I’m so confused about Michael and the funeral arrangements. He went back to DC to help plan the funeral but then only say his family for 30 min? I think he def needs therapy.
So it goes to show they don’t actually care about matching them with their ideal match. Got it. 🧐🤨
Finally watched the Married at First Sight Episode. Just wow.
And yup, producers do not care about the match. They care about a good show. Some of the outbursts, you can't/are not allowed to remove your microphone talk to Brandon reminded me of an interview with Irene from the Real World about the behind the scenes/product stuff. She talked of leaving the show and was slapped in the face by another cast member when getting in the car to leave. In her words, production watched her be physically assaulted, had video of it happening, and the only response she got was a phone call while she was still in the car, telling her that if she didn't return the microphone that she would be charged with theft.
I feel like at this point, they are trying to set Brandon off. I also feel like they keep putting Meka into situations, knowing that Michael will lie (as they probably have seen the paper with salary ahead of time) and then basically egging him on to get a reaction from her.
I don't understand her. Her husband is from Afghanistan and she got push back from people about him and does not want that for her daughter. But she is the one doing that to her daughter, no one else. lol I don't understand her and her flawed logic.
She has black friends! The issue, I think, is having babies with a non-white person. These are the worst kind of racists, the ones who don’t think they are racist.
I completely agree with you. It is awful to watch.
basilosaurus, I don't think there is anything nefarious with him being Christian and not raised Catholic. When my parents were married, my mom, a Catholic, could not find a church that she liked, so they went to a nice Lutheran church, my dad's faith, that they found. I was baptized Lutheran.
My long point being, I don't think that in itself means anything terrible. I was just surprised that they did not think his faith was important to him when he attended a Christian high school and university. I don't understand how now this is suddenly a big deal.

eport oh man I forgot about that Irene incident Yep that was fucked up.
And yeah you could tell the producers set up the Michael and Meka situation and wanting to keep it going when he made that apparent fake offer letter. Meka said to the producer something like "I know you told me to keep talking/filming and not leave, but he’s just straight up lying to me so I can’t take it." I wonder how many times she had wanted to get up and leave. She definitely seems like a saint for putting up with his non-sense in a calm manner!
90Day - I think Stephany and Erika are MUD and are on the show to promote their own blogs/agenda. Either that or the American (Steph?) is having second thoughts. She doesn't seem like she's romantically into Erika.
LOVED Usman pushing back on Baby Girl Lisa. She deserved that. He hit the nail on the head when he talked about how everything he does is wrong and the fighting is unavoidable. I hope he runs or finds another American to scam. Life is too short to put up with such a negative and bossy spouse.
Ed is creepy and has SUPER high expectations. Not exactly sure what he brings to the table, other than a green card. You could totally tell that Rose didn't want to kiss him AT ALL. I hate that she was pressured into shaving her legs. WTF. HOWEVER, loved that she negotiated he shave his beard.
Geoffrey is the type of guy who is boiling just under the surface and can pop off at the slightest annoyance or perceived slight. I hope Virhya figures this out QUICKLY and runs like hell. I think he's going to portray his prion-time as something it the very distant past. But didn't he also assault an ex-wife?
I'm not a Darcy fan, but DAMN! Tom is the biggest piece of shit. Glad he was caught on camera being so nasty. He realized his 90Day career was OVER when Darcy mentioned his new love. It all crashed in front of his eyes and he didn't hold back his nastiness. Bet he's regretting that now!

I really like the Family Karma show. Clearly, Bravo vetted them and then had them move back to Florida, right? I like how they are all young but educated and motivated. That’s a refreshing change from the other Bravo series.

yes, they all seem successful or working towards success. Well, maybe not Bali. lol
So, do you think Bali was right to tell Anisha what she did? (again, she did not clearly state how the conversation went as we see often on these shows). Do you think Vishal should apologize?

I've never watched VPR, but they had them on Celebrity Family Feud last night. I'm now too into that poor dog who has to wear expensive silk and be treated like an actual baby.

I don’t think Vishal said anything wrong, at least not on camera. A stupid game of telephone, and what’s her face should’ve stayed out of it. She’s the one who should apologize.

I agree. And she did not relay things correctly, which is so annoying.

How do the sister wives families afford moving AGAIN. They own four homes in Vegas, rent two homes in Flagstaff, own one in Flagstaff, and want to buy another one. Like how does this happen? How many loans do they have, and how can they continue to get loans?

TMOG—will Ryan ever accept responsibility for his actions? When will Mack realize she made a huge mistake in marrying him and having two kids with him?
Amber needs help. She needs residential treatment, like what Caitlyn did. Gary and Christina are awesome.
90DF—I don’t understand these people not learning more about the culture of their boyfriend/girlfriend. Ed should have done more research, Lisa, too.

I still don't understand why they moved to a H(er)COL area. I know I've read it's because of Dayton and I guess he's going to college out there but moving four households to a more expensive area, being put more into debt, being spread out across the city, buying land you can't even afford to build on seems INSANE to me just because of one person's college. Maybe there's something big that I'm missing about it.

He moved his 20+ family for a child in college? What the hell?? Why?

Mack sucks too. She wanted to be on tv at any cost, and she was willing to put her small child in a household with a drug addict to do so. They deserve each other those children do not.
Amber clearly abused her baby daddy. She did it to Gary too. Shame on MTV for continuing to show her. Her poor children. She needs serious help. Gary has turned out to be quite the rock in all this.
So I did some digging. I had read that Dayton was going to a school in Flagstaff and he needed support from the family. However, when I googled it today Robyn is denying that they moved there because of Dayton. But I remember in the giant one house building plans, Kody told the architect that Robyn's house needed two master bedrooms, one being for Dayton.

She keeps saying she feels guilty buying a house because it will set them back on building the houses (which are no where near ready to build) , but I wonder if it is more that this move was done for Dayton and now nothing has really gone right.
If people watches this past weekend, i was annoyed with Kody not being supportive of Isabelle moving in with Madison.
I wish that Meri would just leave. He clearly does not like her.

What’s the deal with Dayton?
IIRC he has autism and needs more support than the other kids.

I mean, I knew he didn't like her but the counseling session? Holy shit. He really doesn't like her. He said he basically was fooled into marrying her. That he thought he married someone else. He also is so unwilling to talk about his faults in the relationship. Meri has a lot of faults but so does Kody and he is just unwilling to accept anything less than it's all on Meri. She's in a lose lose.

That session was brutal to watch. You don't get to rewrite history and now say you did not know who you were marrying. And of course, we can talk about Meri's shortcomings, but if you bring his up, he is just being attacked. It is terrible. The most annoying thing about this, for me, is in some ways he now acts like a victim of polygamy, but this was a choice he made. His plan.

I haven't watched Teen Mom OG's in a long time, but when Gary is the good parent, oh man. I know he was turning it around, but still. Ryan man, thank goodness in one sense he's still alive, but shame on MTV for supporting that. They should have gotten rid of him years ago when he was testing positive for drugs and totalling cars.
It all looks like the same thing this season. Dorinda's drunk and slurring, Ramona is crying, Tinsley is broken up with Scott.
I really like the new girl. She seems boring until she starts talking and then its like holy shit....
I did. LuAnn is still annoying me and I cannot hear one more time about how the past two years "happened to her". No, you made really shitty choices and were caught.
I do like the new girl, but I am always weirded out when grown ups count their children as best friends.

Oh, not just best friend, soulmate as well!! Yuck!
