I scrolled and didn’t see anything like this. I’m sure most of us have reached the point where we are getting tired of making the same things so I thought we could share our favorite recipes. My kids love lasagna and this recipe doesn’t require the noodles to be cooked.
Cook the meat. Drain then stir in the spaghetti sauce. Spread 1/3 of the mixture over a 13x9 inch pan. Lay 3 noodles. Spread 1/2 of the ricotta cheese then 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process. Spread the last 1/3 of the sauce mixture on top. Pour 1/4 cup hot water around the edges. Cover with 2 layers of foil. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
Also, mbcdefg, for the spanish garlic chicken, do you use the specific flour in the blog? Or any flour? Not to make a special trip to the store just for that, you know?

I just use regular flour. I don’t even know what Wondra flour is, lol - I wonder if the post was sponsored?
My fish tacos are becoming famous. I won a taco competition with them and everyone who makes them loves them:
3-4 tilapia fillets (other mild white fish will work)
1 bunch cilantro 1/3 red onion 2-3 cloves garlic 1/2-1 seeded jalapeno Juice of 1 lime salt blend all of this together in food processor and pour on fish for at least 10 minutes, but up to 12 hours in advance
mix mayo, ketchup and cholula hot sauce to a flavor you like. I like just a smidge of ketchup and copious amounts of cholula.
heat CORN tortillas
pour fish and marinade into a sautee pan and let it get cooked. As it cooks, break the fish into...mush basically.
Spoon fish mixture onto tortillas, top with cholula blend and other fish taco toppings (I usually just add avocado).

Wondra flour is super fine flour for gravy. I doubt it’s sponsored, it’s just a specific ingredient and Wondra is pretty much the only brand.
Regular flour is okay, it’s just harder to keep from clumping.
