Who's surviving this time with home workouts? and what are you using? I've watched a lot of videos on Instagram of people getting hurt using bands and such.
I'm enjoying the Swim Outlet dryland exercises on Instagram. They are easy to follow, don't require much equipment and give me a great workout for my core and arms so far.
I bought a new Smart Wahoo Kickr Snap and have been using the free Zwift trial.
I've done like one Peloton workout so far. I liked that, but need to try something more challenging next time.

We've been enjoying the Peloton app for several months now. They have a 90 day free trial going on at the moment, so it's worth checking out if you're interested in it. I use that with my generic treadmill (the treadmill workouts are surprisingly fun) and spin bike with no issues - no need to get their specific bike.
Yoga with Adrienne is great (Youtube)
My H really likes the Athlean-X youtube videos as well. The guy that does those is a trainer for a couple MLB teams and is very into the science and mechanics of strength workouts and does a great job explaining why things work the way they do. He also has a ton of PT-type videos that have been instrumental in solving my H's back issues. Recently, he's been putting out a lot of videos for strength routines you can do at home with little/no equipment that we really like.

Most definitely surviving this time with home workouts!!!
I’m a Strong & Zumba instructor, so I’m able to do a lot of cardio & HIIT at home on my own. I work for a university & got asked to teach Zumba to the students so we’re setting up some zoom sessions!
My friend is offering online classes, so I’ve been doing those too. It’s nice to feel that you’re doing it with others, even if it’s virtual!
I’m also using the Down Dog app for yoga (although they apparently also have Barre, HIIT, 7 minute workouts, etc). The app is free through May 1, or July 1 for anyone in education or healthcare.
I signed up for the Peloton app but it was giving me an error message about using 3 devices (when I hadn’t used it on any)! so we’ll see if I decide to try it again.
