Cycling (all forms): 290 miles This included a long ride or two before my current health restrictions were put in place by my doctor Walking: 5 walks
Yoga: 2 practices not including the 10 minutes I've been trying to do 2 afternoons/week
Goals for April: A few more yoga practices, and keep in shape in a very low key way (no intensity is allowed right now, and I'm limited to about an hour of walking or super easy cycling a couple of times/week.)
The first week I was at home I was tuning in to online yoga classes. Then I went through about 3 weeks of not being able to convince myself to do almost anything. Getting back into a routine now.

Run: 129 miles Yoga: 2x Pilates: 3x Core: 1x
So I'm still running 5 days a week, but instead of cardio cross training, I'm doing pilates, core, and once in awhile, yoga. Which is much different than before all this started. I like Pilates, and the core routines are ok, but I still hate yoga. It's just not my thing.
In March, I ran 74.37 mi, biked 25.77 mi (including two trips totaling 8 miles “for transportation”), did yoga 12x. It’s a bit different now that I’m not riding the bike at the gym (and using that time to also read). I’m also running trails a little less because I usually drive to them and don’t want to drive much right now, and also they’re often single tracked and I don’t like the possibility of encountering other people in such tight space right now either. But I’ve been running outside in my neighborhood a lot instead and that is generally good. My goal for April is to get further with my own two feet than in my car (which shouldn’t be too hard with a stay at home order in effect).
