I have no idea what I am doing today. I do want to run 10 miles at some point this weekend, however face coverings are giving me pause. I need to figure that out. I do have a mask my friend made; I do not think it will be comfortable to run in. I do have a bunch of buffs though. I am thinking one of those could do the trick.
I also plan to do some yoga and some resistance band workouts.
I ran 8+ miles. I got a late start and there were more people than usual on my current route out of the city. I ended up running in the road a lot to give others a wide berth.

I biked 25 miles with H and then did a 2 mile brick run. It’s suppose to rain/snow tomorrow so next up is all the yard work. I think I’m going to be back on the trainer for awhile after today. 😭

I did a 20 minute HIIT workout before I went to work this morning! My local treadmill running studio that I would go to is giving free online classes to healthcare workers so I'm excited to start those up next week so I'll have more structure to my exercise.
