Goal: I signed up for a 100k challenge with my Nike+ app. It’s the perfect goal for me since I’m just getting back into running after barely running January through March.
Fri: home workout - I did one of the free Les Mills workouts and ran 2 miles Sat: 5 mile run - best average pace for this route, so that was a fun surprise Sun: home workout - partially followed a video, partially made up my own
Goals: Maintaining as much as I can and mental health. I miss spin class sooooo much. I've been able to do quite a bit to replace my small group training classes with the equipment I have, but I miss those, too.

Fri- rest/walk Sat- Bike 26/ brick run 2 miles yardwork Sun- Run 3 miles
Goals- staying on track with training as much as I can. This week I need to get a few resistance bands exercises in to replace swimming. So far I have done nothing to try and supplement for missing swimming and I finally got my bands in.
