Today I was supposed to run the BAA 5k. I am starting to feel all of the feelings about not running Boston on Monday; especially since people are speculating Boston will be cancelled for Sept. as well. I am choosing to believe it will happen and I will be able to run Boston.
I am going to be kind to myself and will run 3.1 today.

Ugh sorry about Boston. Being so busy I hadn't even really thought about races the past few weeks, then I was looking through old instagram pics from last year and realizing how many races I did and bummed I'll miss out on that experience, especially triathlons this year. I'm supposed to do the Berlin marathon in Sept, but I'm sure it'll be cancelled.
Anyway, a fitness class I used to go to gave free online classes to healthcare workers if we sent in a pic of us in our scrubs, so I'm gearing up to do the class in about an hour. I've been doing some online workouts, but nothing too to hard, and I'm pretty sure this class will kick my butt, so I'm looking forward to it

I have a swim scheduled for nap time that I'm really looking forward to. I restarted Couch to 5k yesterday and my legs are very angry with me about it.

Thank you. The thing is, I am running Boston on a waiver from my running club. This was the last year I met the criteria to try to get a Boston bib from the club. If the race doesn't happen on September I think my only shot at Boston is gone. Sorry about Berlin and your triathlons. Fingers crossed for both of us.

I got a 10 mile run in, and a 1 mile walk. I foresee more walking before this day is done I can only sit quietly inside my apartment for so long without going crazy.
