Today is my Dad's birthday! I plan on parking at my parents house, saying Happy Birthday from a distance and then running 10 miles around their neighborhood. I am tired of the options at my house and they live 15 minutes away, so it is simple to get there for a new environment. Plus I can see my parents from afar.

I had plans to run 2-3 trail loops but only made it 1. (4 miles) Then I came home and planned to run with DD but that fizzled out too. Then I ate a shitton of junk food. Just one of those funk days I think. It’s unfortunate bc it’s the only time I get alone all week. I honestly thought about just sitting in my car at the trailhead afterwards for a couple of hours. Im in a funk.

I am liking this for the 4 miles. I am in a funk as well and have lost all motivation. It seems like my friends and myself are all on edge or in a funk. I hope you start to feel better soon.
It's going to be raining here all day, and I'm not feeling well (not COVID-19). I slept in, had a nice breakfast, and am planning the first nap for shortly.

Doing a live online class yoga for runners. I still haven't run in forever I really need to figure out a running plan that avoids people, but that seems impossible here grrr.

It has been difficult here too.. Do you have any large cemeteries nearby? I have had success running in cemeteries without seeing a ton of people.
Ugh, I woke up with my neck completely locked up. I really wanted to go for a run today, but instead I’ve spent the day slowly working out the knots, applying heat, etc. It’s much better than when I woke up but i’m still moving like a robot.

I did a strength workout via app this morning, and then followed it up with a very easy yoga/stretching video. I’m out on a walk now, because it’s a beautiful day and I needed to get outside.
