Friday: 90 minute ride on the local Greenway Saturday: 90 minute ride on the rail trail (2 counties over, still closed in my county) Sunday: 2.5 hour cardiologist approved nap
F: 2+ mile walk pushing the double stroller S: 1 mile walk wearing the baby S: 9 mile hilly run
Goals: I originally planned to do an April run streak, but it morphed into a "get exercise everyday" goal instead and its going well. I'm still running more than usual and will prob hit a year high with monthly mileage (which still isn't much, but giving myself grace since I have a 10 month old).

Friday: Pilates and core Saturday: 10 mile hilly run, plus 3 miles of walking Sunday: 5 mile run, plus 3 miles of walking
Goals: do all the cross-training my coach assigns me each month. It's easy to get my runs in, but I struggle to get pilates, core, yoga, strength, whatever in. I just don't like it as much as cardio. But, my goal for April is to do it all. So far, so good.
