What did everyone do this weekend for workouts and/or towards goals you have set for yourself. These don't have to be race goals. Maybe to do yoga in addition to running or not eat ice cream 7 days/week (although I see nothing wrong w/that).
Friday: 2 mile run and interval/metcon workout Saturday: 5 mile run Sunday: Took my cheapo Schwinn bike out for 20 miles. I loved being back on a bike, but the trail was pretty crowded. I felt a little uneasy about that. If I do it again, I will probably go at a less busy time. And now I not only want a nicer real bike, but I still also want an indoor bike.
On Saturday I had a nice easy 5 mile run/walk in the sunshine followed by a nap on my sunporch with my pooch. My idea of a great day. Friday and Sunday we did family walks around the neighborhood and I did some planning for some upcoming virtual races.
DH and I made homemade pizza dough for the first time and had fun with that (and the pizza was delicious as well!)

I am still waiting for my race to be cancelled/postponed/rescheduled for mid June before I completely shift my goals around. I know it's not happening and I've been super frustrated by Ironman's lack of communication.
