I was able to do “something” all 30 days. Ran 100.77 miles, biked 12.6 miles, did a workout DVD 1x, and yoga 15x.
What I was really trying to do was put more miles on my legs than we did on my car in April, and I did that. (We put 58 miles on the car, and I think only three of them were driven by me.)
Cycling (all forms, mostly on flat surfaces at a ridiculously low HR): 270 #heartproblem miles Walking: 4 sessions (about 10-12 miles total) Yoga: 6 practices
