Friday - 2 mile jog Saturday - 10 mile jog and 2 mile walk Sunday - 13.1 mile walk (had a half marathon originally scheduled for today, but walked a virtual one instead)
Fri: 2 mile run and interval strength workout Sat: 5 mile run Sun: 20 mile bike ride
I don't think its sprained but I did something to my outer ankle/foot. It slowly got worse, so I am thinking some kind of tendonitis. Running on Saturday made it worse, so I am taking a few days off running. Boo.

F- strength/core workout S- Run 11 miles / Bike 5 S- Run 3 miles
I felt like crap most of the weekend so while I skipped my long bike ride I feel pretty good about this. I think with working from home I haven't been drinking enough water and it caught up with me.
