I’m on my 5th (6th) read through to chill my brain in the evenings, and just happened across the news on FB. I stopped scrolling, stunned and excited!

I remember those days! I got the email from Barnes & Noble about it and zipped over here to see if anyone posted about it. I am curious to see if it is much different from the leaked version from way back.

Good morning and yay! If I were to venture a guess, what we read before will hopefully be cleaned up editing-wise but still follow pretty closely to how she started it. The only thing she may have done is add 1-2 chapters with more backstory.

I actually liked it better than Twilight for the simple reason that Edward can read minds, which gives you more perspectives than just his own.

The leaked version was only through the field scene though. This is going to be the whole book. I'm excited because I was always really curious about his POV on the rest of the stuff that happened.

I also though this was pretty funny. This is an author and I plan to check out her books now.

That’s too bad...the posts from around 2008-2010ish were epic. And the fan fiction! We all read 50 shades when it was still FF, weeeeellll before her changing character the names and then publishing.

Oh yeah, I totally read it as a fanfic. I think it's still downloaded on my kindle....I've read an embarrassing amount of fanfic in my life.

So super duper excited about this! I totally read the fanfic that was the continuation of MS, and yes, 50 shades when it was a fanfic too. I still have a bunch saved on my nook and go back to them every once in a while.

I'm excited about it! I read the leaked version, and actually liked Edward's POV better! Can't wait to read it! I'm just sad it doesn't come out until August 4\.
