I'm still walking and jogging my way virtually across Tennessee, so I mainly got in a chunk of miles for that - 4 on Friday, 14 on Saturday, 12 on Sunday, and probably another 12 today. I keep going back and forth on whether to try for the 1000 miles by the end of August or be satisfied with 1000K.

Fri: accidental rest day - I ended up working from 7am-9pm and skipped my workout Sat: strength training & treadmill HIIT Sun: 60 minute bike ride Mon: strength training & incline treadmill jog

Fri: 13.5 mile bike ride Sat: 15.5 mile bike ride (I got impatient waiting for the rain to stop, and ended up very dirty!) Sun: 12 mile bike ride with DD, but obviously a lot slower than the above. I was really proud of her though - we didn't plan on going that far, so we didn't have water with us. Mon: 10 mile family bike ride and I tried running (my ankle is still hurt), but it didn't go very well
