I usually buy bags of California blend and roast them in the oven or airfryer. I season with olive oil, salt, pepper and either Italian seasoning or 21 Seasoning Salute from Trader Joe’s.

Yes, of course I season them!! I can't imagine eating any vegetable without any seasoning at all.
I usually just add lemon juice and garlic salt to frozen broccoli that I've steamed in the microwave. Or, for any veggie, I'll add some sort of fat (olive oil, or butter) then greek seasoning or salt and pepper.
I love roasted broccoli, and that works just as well with frozen broccoli. I still use a Rachel Ray recipe from almost 20 years ago.
If your cauliflower rice is mushy, dont cook it longer, that will make it worse! Cook as directed then strain super well...like push it into the strainer to squeeze water out. Melt butter and whatever seasonings you want in pan and return cauliflower to that for a minute or two.
For 90% of my frozen veggies that arent steam in bag, I put an inch of water in bottom of pot, add vegetables, turn on high, cover. When I can tell water is boiling, i turn off heat but leave it on the stove for about 2 to 5 minutes to steam. drain, then add butter or seasonings. I hate overcooked vegetables. Frozen peas are basically done as soon as they start to steam.
The only veggies we really buy frozen are green beans, broccoli, and corn. I will sometimes freeze fresh fruits and veggies myself if we have an abundance. That said, I usually steam them so I make sure that the water is really salty. I will occasionally add butter to the corn. The green beans I prefer to steam and then toss in a pan with some bacon fat and crumbled bacon and get it nice and carmelized. Broccoli is just usually done up with s&p but will sometimes add some butter. My family is a bunch of plain janes and probably wouldn't eat any veggies if I dressed them up with a bunch of different stuff.
I use frozen diced onions, peppers, chopped spinach, mixed vegetables, and mirepoix blend in recipes to save prep time. I also will heat up a steamer bag of green beans, cauliflower, or broccoli when in a rush. I don’t add seasoning or anything. I keep frozen peas and edamame to add frozen to kid lunches.
I use a steamer. Mainly broccoli, corn, spinach, green beans. And I typically only use salt, pepper and maybe some garlic powder. Oh and that Costco shredded parm mix cheese is amazing--someone else commented about it!
