Hi sprky,

I apologize for the delay in response, but we have been trying to respond to as much of the feedback that we have received as possible. We really do appreciate hearing from our users, as you all are who we are here for.

I understand your frustrations with the new message boards on The Nest, and I would like you to know that we are working diligently to try to fix the problems. As I’m sure you read in the apology we posted on the boards, the new platform we are using is hosted by a third-party vendor. They told us numerous times that they had fixed the glitches in their system, and we obviously learned the hard way that this wasn’t true.

As for the fiasco on the Pampers board. We understood that Nesties were just trying to find a functional board to carryon conversations, but as you stated, the issue on that board was that it was sponsored. We received complaints from users who used the board for actual advice, which is why Kathleen stepped in. I apologize that her tone was taken in the wrong way. We were not trying in anyway to imply that Nesties were less important than less-than-regular posters on Pampers.

We really appreciate your patience and loyalty while we work out these problems. We hope your experience has improved over the past couple of days, and we hope to have things back to normal as soon as possible. Please continue to send us your feedback so that we continue to be aware of the ongoing issues.
