We've actually been eating pretty well during lock down but I could use some new recipes to add to the rotation. Any favorites to share?
Here's one of mine: www.allrecipes.com/recipe/87389/traditional-osso-buco/. I add way more carrots and throw in celery if I have it on hand. I also use cilantro instead of parsley for the gremolata--personal preference. Otherwise, the recipe is great as-is.
