I heard people with XPO deliveries were having some luck moving it up, but those with Peloton deliveries were not. If you live close to a store it’s most likely Peloton doing the delivery. Welcome! Love my bike!

I posted in the other thread that I couldn't move up my delivery date with Peloton (not XPO) and I tried every 2-3 days and got my date moved up by about 6 weeks. It sounds annoying and I feel terrible for the support team, but you really do just have to keep trying.

This gives me hope. I even asked to change to XPO and was shot down.
I'll keep trying.
Did you use the chat function ( that is 99% automated and annoying) or called the store ( the # to call in the email is automated saying basically nothing they can do for sooner deliveries)?

I did both chat and corporate phone number (stores in my area aren't open). I had mixed luck though both options, got a yes through both chat and phone on different days. The best way to get through is to ignore all the automated messages about changing delivery and just stay on hold for an agent on both options. Its obnoxious but you really just have to keep trying your luck.
