My mom gave me a bunch of onion and onion scapes from her garden. I plan to use them like green onions, but if anyone has suggestions on how to use the scapes, please let me know!
Monday - Rice bowls with ground turkey, roasted veggies, feta cheese, and Italian dressing Tuesday - Leftover rice bowls Wednesday - Pasta and sauce Thursday - Chicken and salad Friday - Leftovers Saturday - At beau's, not sure Sunday - Need to look up a new recipe since I'll have all day to cook and clean up
Tonight I made Skinnytaste zucchini lasagna. That will also be dinner tomorrow night. I have steak tips, mushrooms, and potatoes. I also have turkey tips and rice pilaf. Also burgers in the freezer, and pizza dough. So I will cook all of that stuff throughout the week.
M - Farro bowls.. We've never had farro before. DH and I both agreed that it was a really good dish. (And for DH to be two thumbs up on a vegetarian dish is unusual.) T - McDonald's W - Pork & poblano tacos T - Chimichurri steak bowls F - Grilled cheese and potato wedges S - Take out probably S - DH will probably grill something.
I am so very over making dinner.... Monday - leftovers Tuesday - frozen pizza (can you tell I don't care anymore?) Wednesday - grilling the chicken that I should marinate tonight and veggies Thursday - Turkey burgers? Friday - see if I can convince my parents to feed the kids, while DH and I go out for our anniversary, which was in May, but stuff is finally open here.

M: I actually had to mask up and go to work for H cooked. I came home to sliders, beans & chips. Woo! Tu: shakshuka (eggs poached in a tomato and veggie sauce basically) and fresh bread W: Taco night Th: orange chicken, rice, salads Friday on? Idk.
Monday, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans Tuesday, Subway Wednesday, shrimp, potatoes, Thursday, take out Friday, spaghetti and meatballs Saturday, arroz con pollo.
