DS3 turned 1 today and I still have severe diastis recti + a small umbilical hernia. I have done PT after all 3 births and worked with Pilates reformer instructors that specialize in postpartum women. I am at the point where my PT and doctor agree that surgery is the answer. That will happen but I would like to lose some weight first.
HOWEVER, I can not exercise without back pain. Honestly I have some achey-ness more days than not so it’s not all exercise related.
Is there some kind of abdominal support I could buy to wear when I walk or ride on my Peloton (beginner low impact rides)? My PTs office is still closed because of covid or I would ask her.
