No major changes from our end- DH is still looking for a new job. But quarantine has changed our housing preferences. We are house hunting right now, and will put more emphasis on having home office space and an area for gym equipment. We would also love to have some type of covered patio (or a space to build one). Quarantine life has made us realize we aren't "open deck in direct sun" people.
Since we’re both WFH at least most of the tome indefinitely, I’ve noticed how bad our AC is. It was on the future list, but I’m trying to bump it up. I got a killer quote for a combo AC and furnace, but H is now being squirrelly. We put in solar this year and just paid it off, but he hates both to part with cash and finance anything, although we have an open HELOC with a really low rate.
Our travel that’s been cancelled or paused was mostly paid for, like our timeshare we just bought last year (used lol) in Hawaii. I am not hopeful we’ll be able to go (August), but H is holding out some hope.
Our expenses haven’t changed that much, but it seems like we were saving money just by being home.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
Mushe, my brand new A/C just kicked on and I must say.. despite not wanting to spend the money (who does, right??), I'm really, really, really glad that we did.

We are planning a pretty awesome 3 week trip to Hawaii, hopefully for next summer. We were supposed to go this year but obviously canceled. We are combining that trip with a new one we need to now plan to fulfill MILs wishes to have her ashes spread in Hawaii.
