Hi. Like most everyone else, I have been working out at home due to coronavirus. Gyms in my state have still not re-opened and even when they do, I think I’m going to continue working out at home. Shockingly, I have been enjoying it and I find i have no excuses not to fit a workout in.
YEARS ago I got in phenomenal shape going to a Bootcamp gym. Things I can remember are box jumps, battle ropes, slam balls, sprints, burpees and some stuff with TRX. I’m thinking of getting some equipment and recreating that style workout at home.
Does anyone know of resources for at home workouts like that? If I don’t have anything to follow I know I’ll just end up doing a circuit Of the same stuff every day. Thank you!

Sounds like exactly what I've been doing at home. I belong to a gym, and while they have opened, I am not going back just yet. I was (am?) in a small group training class that does what I consider cross fit/bootcamp/metcon style workouts. Usually the workouts are AMRAPs, or rounds for time, stuff like that. I was using what I did in that class and the gym's Wodify page with our workouts before the shutdown to build my own, but also found a lot by just googling "metcon workout". I saved them all in a PDF and will sometimes add/modify on the fly. Here's an example of one I found on a pinterest page and did last week and it killed me:
5 rounds for time -10 man makers -20 dumbbell deadlifts -30 single arm DB snatch (15 ea arm) -40 single DB overhead lunge (20 ea leg) -50 DB/KB swings
I have dumbbells, bands, a medicine ball, and a small box for box jumps. I would love a few kettlebells and some ropes, but they are hard to find and the ropes are pretty spendy! I would like a set of these, but $300...

I know the gym I used to go to that did crossfit style workouts now posts daily workouts on their instagram page. So I'm sure other places are doing that as well if you want to follow places on social media.
