I will do more strength. More miles, as marathon training begins (or will it? Richmond full in November) Even if it doesn’t, I have a trail 50k in January which I could see happening.
I did something every single day again. 120.2 miles run (my highest running month maybe ever outside of marathon training?) and I practiced yoga ten times.
I need to start incorporating more strength work, too. Does anyone have any recs or favorite YouTube workouts with hand weights?
minzy I subscribe to the Studio app. It’s treadmill and outdoor runs, but they also have stretch and sculpt series. I’ve come to really enjoy that community!
I am not training for anything and I can’t imagine running an actual race this year. I’m just doing virtual challenges and races. I’m guessing that the second half of the year will look similar to the first. Depending on my job situation, I will probably get a Peloton in the late fall/winter.

This was a rest month for me. I was so tired of running at the beginning of June, I told my coach I was taking a week off. I meant just from running, but he thought it was a good idea to take a week off from everything. So this is the least active I've been in probably a year. It's been glorious. I can't even explain how much my mental health needed a low activity month.
