I'm looking to spend no more than about $300. Maybe more, if we have to.
As we're unable to go to amusement/water parks, etc., this summer, we were going to surprise DS with renting an inflatable water slide one day soon. But locally they cost around $300-400 to rent. VHCOL area.
It looks like we can buy something similar, though on a smaller scale, for around $300. The thing is, I can't find any currently in stock in that price range.
Has anyone purchased an inflatable water slide recently for around $300? Or seen them in stock online?
Below is a photo of what we're looking for. It doesn't need to have more than one slide, but it does need to be steep. A small pool of water to splash into is a bonus DS is missing out on PT and working his core, so climbing is always a good activity for him. It must be one that can be used as a water slide as he currently has limitations on bounce houses / trampolines.
We're not considering ground level (unpadded) slip & slides. He needs something cushioned to slide on due to fracturing easily.
Do you have a playset with a slide in your backyard? We had a friend that used to put a small inflatable pool at the bottom of the slide and run a hose down the slide from the top to make a homemade water slide. That might not be safe enough for you though.
