I pulled something in my lower back so took it slow. Fri - 30 mins yoga Sat - kids and I biked 3.4 mi while my husband ran; then I SWAM!! It was amazing! 60 laps was all I could squeeze in to the 30 minutes I was allotted, but I had two lanes to myself and it was glorious. It was my first lap swim in over a year! 😫 I hope to do at least a few more before the season ends. Sun - ran 6 mi
