Ok. So they sort of punted. They said the lower court's didn't address separation of powers adequately, so they remanded so they could consider it.

ETA: they reject Trump's immunity/heightened standards argument though.

I don't think spellcheck works properly when you type in ALL CAPS.  It thinks you are using acronyms or abbreviations, I think.  Hence, Dumpster's many problems with spelling, since he's always on a tirade of some sort.

I take your point, but this doesn't sound like Trump wrote it. His tweets are a lot more basic.
