I haven’t, but I plan to next year. I’m not super handy but I think it’s very beginner friendly. I follow @thecottagebungalowpotager on IG. She has an amazing raised bed garden and she’s DIY everything.

I haven't but we had three built for us when the landscaping company did our garden. It probably cost around $3k so I know you will save a lot of money if you do it yourself. We are also not handy and our yard is sloped and the sides are pretty high so it needed a lot of soil, so I'm glad we didn't have to get all that done.
DH did. He's also not that handy and we own minimal power tools. He purchased lumber that was precut into the lengths that we needed.
It's not pretty, but it works I guess. We are expanding the garden next year and I asked him if he wanted me to buy the easy snap together sides from one of the gardening websites, and he scoffed at me.

I did probably 8 years ago? I used 2x6 Cedar boards and 4x4 posts in the corner to hold it together. I put some small pvc pipe stubs along each long edge in case I wanted to put a cloche over it, but never have used that. Still going strong!

I have now done 3. This is the latest - done mainly because my dog kept trying to jump in and “help” when I had my last version..
ETA - my first ones were just 2x12’s with 4x4 posts for extra strength. Did all of them myself because DH doesn’t care about gardening. Ryobi has some great tool sets that all run on the same battery. They have been used frequently since our first DIY project 6 years ago and have held up well.
I mostly lurk the board; but we made beds using cinder blocks at our last house. We spray painted them a fun color and were even able to plant onions in the cinder block holes.
