I was able to snag a Schwinn IC4 indoor cycle bike on Saturday, and am using the Peloton and Kinetic apps with it. I am so excited to have another indoor cardio option. Kinetic shows watts and RPM's, but seems to give me more watts than I am used to on the bikes at the gym. (Stages)
Fri: 15.5 mile bike outdoors Sat: 60 min indoor ride Sun: 45 min indoor ride

Friday: 3 mile run, where I tripped on the sidewalk and fell at the very end. Sat: nothing but rest for my sore ankle and toe Sun: 2 mile walk
I can't believe I fell on Friday. My ankle is a little swollen but doesn't really hurt. My toe is super bruised, but not broken. OF COURSE this happened, b/c why not? I'm ready for 2020 to be over!
