Refinance Question (updated 7/21 in comments with options)

Thanks all! We're gonna do the 30 year but make payments like it's the 20 year. I feel much more flexible with that option. I would've loved to do the 15 year option, and while we can afford it, I think it's a better financial choice for us right now to continue paying down the rest of debt first.
