Fri - 100 mini laps in my sister’s vacant community pool (rough estimate is it was about a mile), yoga 30 mins Sat & Sun each - 45 min “garage workout,” which included various random reps
Fri: 6.2 mile run Sat: 7 mile run Sun: 6.2 mile run
I signed up for a virtual HM that I need to complete in 3 weeks. This will be a nice challenge since I have a good base but haven’t put in any long runs.
