Fri: walk 4 miles Sat: 30 minute spin plus 3 miles walking Sun: 35 minute spin plus 2 miles walking. If it cools down enough, I may walk another mile yet tonight.
doctoranda, I'm sorry your injury is flaring up! I hope you get some relief soon!

Fri: off Sat: virtual HIIT class Sun: 20 min walk run with my partner. Lets just say he's not really athletic, so when he suggested we go for a run I was so happy! It was a nice time and he didn't complain too much I did yoga when we got home.
