Started this morning with Foley bulb and pitocin
They only check I have had was around 5 when nurse took out Foley bulb and midwife measured me at a 3
Baby has decels when I sit up right or even on bouncy ball...both positions I was super comfortable in
But baby is doing okay with me standing... which is way more preferable to me than lying down all day, except floor is cold. I was wearing husband's tennis shoes but he's having cafeteria dinner
So it seems like progress is super slow. They aren't rushing things and allowing me to move more, which makes it better than my last (failed induction). Just afraid of this going the same way and if so, a routine C-section would be the far better choice
I don't think baby will be today. I miss my daughter too. She cried when I stopped her off which I was not prepared for

Fingers crossed that LO arrives early tomorrow morning (if not sooner). Long inductions are physically and emotionally tough - thinking of you and sending you all the positivity I can for a positive birth experience and VBAC.
Good luck! I had a similar experience with dd, except the only position she would tolerate was flat on my back, perfectly still. Stay standing for as long as baby will tolerate!

So...i was 4.5 cm, very little progress at 4 am. Got epidural. At 6:30 am they broke my water and it was a lot and then I was 5. Haven't been checked since. I am satisfied they've given me every chance for vbac. The internal monitor will give some indication it is still possible and I think I will know that in next couple of hours

Hang in there! My experience with dd was 44 hrs, but wasn’t a VBAC. As long as you are comfortable with the plan, that’s all that matters. Good luck!
I'm sorry things didn't go as you wanted. Congratulations on your new DD! I wish you a smooth recovery and that your baby is a chill newborn who takes to some sort of sleep schedule easily (my lil guy is a bit of a grumpy night owl, and it's hard).
