July: 56.45 mi run, 11.4 mi bike, 4.5mi hike, swam ~321 laps (4.45 mi), yoga 14x, gave blood, worked out 30/31
August: 58.2 mi run, 4.8 mi bike, swim 112 laps (1.55 mi), “garage workout” 2x, yoga 6x, worked out 23/31
Sept: I’m thinking I may try to streak (even if some days are “just” yoga), possibly run an alternate half when my real one would have been, lose a couple of pounds, give blood again...(?)
This week I started training for a personal/virtual half to be run in November TBD. I may also train for some sort of bike distance TBD (I had my bike tuned up last month and have really been enjoying bike rides!). I need some motivation because the Covid weight really is piling on, ugh.
July: ran 103.2 miles. I accidentally took a rest week 😀 August: ran 166.2 miles. September goal: Nothing in particular. I need to sign up for another virtual race or challenge to keep motivated.

My friend said he wants to do smuttynose virtual and he is not in shape either. We usually do that race together.. oh well. But he said he thought you had until Dec 31st to complete the virtual? I didn't see that anywhere; I just sent him a text asking him where he saw it.
