It was a busy one here, too, and I’m so grateful that the weather was perfect! Fri - 30 mins yoga Sat - ran 3 mi, swam 50 laps, 1 mi family walk, 2 mi bike, 25 mins yoga. (DD1 decided to try to swim a mile, and once she did, she decided she also wanted to walk, run, and bike a mile each, so I had to encourage that!) Sun - virtual half marathon. I realized on Friday that I had actually not deferred this one, so when I picked up the medal and shirt on Saturday, I knew I was stuck, haha. No PR by a long shot, but not bad for running alone in my hilly neighborhood, getting food and water only once at 10 mi. Now I won’t feel guilty wearing the pullover, which is kind of cute this year. 🙂 Mon - 66 laps swim (I will miss this so much since the pool closes today), 1 mi family walk, 2 mi bike (while DD1 did her 1 mile of each thing again).
