Good morning!

I had trouble sleeping after the news of RBG passing, so I am off to a late start. 

I am going to do a 2 mile run today; I am doing a challenge where you run the same course twice and try to beat your previous time. I attempted it last week and missed by 6 seconds. 

What are your plans for today?

I ran 4.5 miles and it was glorious. Sunny, 42*, just perfect. Now I’m off to the eye doctor, then who knows what. I’m just going to enjoy our perfect fall weather day.

lilypad1126, The weather is beautiful here too! Two friends parked at my house and we walked to a local place to get some sandwiches and we ate outside on a bench. It was so nice just being outside! I am loving this weather so much.

I went to Alabama to ride the rest of the Chief Ladiga rail trail. The Chief Ladiga and the Silver Comet run together for over 90 miles of car free cycling (and running and skating)! I've now finished the CL and want to finish the SCT by the end of November. It's not the distance--it's finding the time to drive there.

It was 70 and cloudy. Much different than the 90 degrees of last weekend.
